The team collected detailed user behaviour insights and collaborated with Alston’s internal team to develop the venues existing website and brand experience to ensure the frictionless movement of users throughout all digital extensions of the brand.

Then, leveraging custom tracking points throughout the website, Inhaus connected all corners of its capabilities to concept, design and deliver a 2-month ad campaign across multiple mediums. The activation drove performance increases on the website with a 31% uptick in daily active users, and returned a staggering 504% on investment for the venue.

After an extensive web redesign the digital campaign orientated around a several unmissable deals, and a 5-course tasting menu hosted by Alston chief butcher and supplier.

The integrated marketing strategy to launch the deals and events involved email, digital assets, video, paid search, re-marketing, in-venue promos, and social advertising, all contributing to a staggering 504% return on investment for the venue. As a result we continue to work with the brand in several digital design and strategy areas along with managing the venues digital platform.
